Safety and Cleanliness
- Maintain Cleanliness: Providers must ensure that their bathrooms are clean, hygienic, and well-maintained.
- Safety Standards: Bathrooms should be safe for use, free from hazards, and compliant with local health and safety regulations.
Accurate Listings
- Honest Descriptions: Providers must provide accurate and truthful descriptions of their bathroom facilities, including location, amenities, and availability.
- Timely Updates: Any changes to the availability or condition of the bathroom must be promptly updated on the platform.
Privacy and Confidentiality
- Protect Personal Information: Do not share or solicit personal information from other users beyond what is necessary for the use of the platform.
- Respect Privacy: Do not record or share images of bathrooms without explicit consent from the Provider.
Payment Integrity
- Secure Transactions: All payments must be conducted through the platform's secure payment systems. Avoid sharing payment details outside of these systems.
- Honest Transactions: Do not manipulate or attempt to defraud the payment process.
Prohibited Activities
- Illegal Use: Do not use the platform for any illegal activities or purposes.
- Unauthorized Access: Do not attempt to access or interfere with the platform’s systems or user accounts without permission.
- Spamming: Avoid sending unsolicited messages or advertisements to other users.
Reporting and Enforcement
- Report Violations: If you encounter any behavior that violates these standards, please report it to our support team immediately.
- Consequences: Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of your account, depending on the severity of the breach.
